As a Level 3 Master Trainer, Sami leads Lagree instructor certifications and supports instructors preparing for each level, from first certification through Master Trainer. Training covers technique, teaching methodology, and the coaching skills the exam does not measure.
For owners who want consistent instructor quality across a whole team. Sami builds instructor development frameworks, onboarding systems, and continuing education pathways. She brings an owner's view from running Viva Lagree's two locations and an 18-trainer team.
